Analysis Questions Overview
The Analysis Questions library allows you to define question sets as a means of providing guidance in root cause investigations in the RL6. A question set contains a series of investigation items. Each item contains a question, instructions, and a space to enter a response (i.e. findings). The Analysis Questions library allows you to:
- Create one question set per file type (i.e. one question set linked to a specific submission and management form)
- Create as many investigation items (i.e. questions) as required for a question set.
- Map Question fields to fields within a form.
Once all these steps are completed, RL6:RootCause users are able to import all items in the question set into an RCA file.
RL6:RootCause includes a defined question set (i.e. 24 questions) based on the Joint Commission framework which has been configured to be used in out-of-the-box forms. You can edit, duplicate or delete this question set in the Analysis Questions library or you can create a question set of your own.
Note: Analysis Questions library is only accessible for the following RCA roles: Admin, Basic Admin, and File Manager.
